At Home Care

We have professional carers that provide holistic care support to them in the comfort of their home.
We support clients with their day-to-day activities, such as personal care needs, mobility, taking medication at the right time, giving and preparing meals, shopping, domestic cleaning, trips to doctors, and giving them informed choices.
We also combat loneliness by providing companionship to our clients.

Learning Disability and Challenging Behavior

The care we provide for patients with learning disability is based on a care plan which is developed by our highly qualified doctors on each individual patients. We at Care Supreme do not believe in one size fit approach for patients with  learning disability and challenging behaviour.

Physical Assistance

Care Supreme offers physical assistant services for seniors, the elderly or the disabled. Our aim is to help our clients to be mobile and live a normal life. Our aim is to help throughout the day in various ways, such as ambulatory assistance, getting dressed, positioning in a chair, transferring between bed and chair and wheelchair assistance.

Dementia

Our carers who support people  with dementia are well trained to understand the impact the condition has on the  patient. This means our carers are well trained and they have the technical know- how on the effect of dementia on our clients and how to support them accordingly.

Live-in Care

Our Supported Living service empowers individuals to live as independently as possible while receiving personalised care tailored to their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy a safe, fulfilling, and meaningful life in the comfort of their own home or supported accommodation.

Our dedicated support team provides flexible, person-centred assistance that promotes independence, dignity, and choice. Support can include:
